1) Do We Sell Personal Information?

Outbooked does not sell personal information for money.

2) Do We Share Personal Information?

Under California law, "sharing" can include disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising through certain pixels, conversion events, or advertising-measurement technologies. Application or campaign contexts may use Meta advertising and measurement tools where enabled, and some related disclosures may be considered sharing.

The public outbooked.ai waitlist website does not currently deploy optional advertising pixels or cross-context behavioral advertising technologies.

3) How to Submit an Opt-Out Request

Email support@outbooked.ai with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share Request." Include the email address associated with your account or waitlist registration, the nature of your request, and the browser or device used if the request concerns browser-based measurement. Do not include sensitive financial or identity documents unless requested through a secure method.

We may need to verify your identity and the applicability of the request. We will process recognized opt-out preference signals where required and technically applicable to the relevant activity.

4) Other California Rights

Depending on applicable thresholds, exceptions, and your relationship with Outbooked, California law may provide rights to know, access, correct, delete, and limit certain uses or disclosures of personal information. Submit these requests to support@outbooked.ai.

5) Authorized Agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request. We may require proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly before completing the request.

6) Non-Discrimination

Outbooked will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
