How to Request Deletion
Email support@outbooked.ai with the subject "Data Deletion Request." Include the email address associated with your waitlist registration or account, your relationship to Outbooked, and the categories of information you want deleted. Do not email passwords, Social Security numbers, full financial account numbers, or copies of identity documents unless we request a secure verification method.
1) Waitlist Deletion
You may request removal of your Outbooked waitlist contact and associated properties. You can also unsubscribe from launch and product updates using the unsubscribe mechanism in a marketing message. We may retain a minimal suppression record so that future marketing systems continue to honor your opt-out.
2) Account and Lead Information
Where available, account settings may provide deletion or security controls. You may also contact us for a broader request. Lead information may be associated with an advisor or firm that has independent legal or compliance recordkeeping obligations. We will evaluate the request, the requester’s authority, and applicable exceptions.
3) Verification
We may verify your identity, account access, email address, residency, and authority to make a request. An advisor, firm administrator, authorized agent, or lead may be asked for different verification depending on the information requested.
4) What May Be Retained
After a verified request, we will take reasonable steps to delete, redact, or de-identify responsive information unless retention is required or permitted for security, fraud prevention, billing, taxes, accounting, audit, legal obligations, disputes, enforcement, advisor compliance records, consent, suppression, provider reconciliation, service integrity, backup cycling, or other legitimate recordkeeping purposes.
Deletion may not remove every related operational, email, SMS, booking, analytics, attribution, advertising-measurement, security, audit, or legal record. We will explain material limitations where required.
5) Connected Third Parties
Deleting information from Outbooked does not automatically delete information independently held by an advisor, firm, Meta, a calendar provider, an email or SMS provider, Stripe, or another third party. You may need to use that party’s privacy or account controls separately. Disconnecting an integration does not by itself constitute a full deletion request.
6) Response and Completion
We will acknowledge and respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law. Complex or high-risk requests may require additional verification or time where permitted.
